Can't remove certain cookies

Under “Privacy and security/Cookies and other site data” there is a section called “Sites that can always use cookies”

I have some sites listed there that I cannot delete; that is, when I click the trashcan icon next to them, they are not removed from the list.

If you revisit the site and re-enable any disabled Shield settings you should be able to delete the sites in the list. Please post an update.
