Can't Connect Brave Browser with ZebPay – "Something Went Wrong" Error

Hi Team,

I’m having trouble connecting my Brave browser with my ZebPay account. The login process through ZebPay works fine, and I’m able to complete the verification steps. But once that’s done, the browser throws an error saying “Something went wrong”, and the connection fails.

I’ve been trying to connect for the past 2–3 weeks but still facing the same issue every time. I’m not sure if this is a browser issue or something on ZebPay’s side.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the error popup I received for reference.

Would appreciate any help or suggestions on how to fix this. Is anyone else facing the same issue?

Brave Rewards > Custodian Support (Uphold, ZebPay, etc) Brave Rewards

Please reset your Rewards profile and this should resolve the matter.

What could be the reason for this issue? If I reset, I’ll lose the ads I’ve already earned. Is there any other way to restore the rewards without resetting?

same problem with me here same error happening with me too I have 388 Ads+ if i rest it would lost all of that

Seems loosing the existing ads is the way to reconnect to zebpay at the moment. Hope you collect more in future.

I’m also having the same issue, eve though i reset the the rewards it still showing the same issue. Sir could you please look upon this issue.

@Evan123 Could you please assist us with this? After resetting the browser, we were able to sync rewards with ZebPay. But starting 2 November 2025, I’m encountering the same issue again. During October I had over 100 ads — what happened to them now? Since the month changed, the ads count is showing only 2. This is extremely frustrating.

The Ads Counter is reset at the beginning of each month. Payments are still processing for October as it indicates in your Rewards panel.
