Can't change cookie settings on website

How to reproduce:

  1. Go to weather.com
  2. Click the menu on the website top right corner.
  3. Scroll down to cookie settings
  4. Click cookie settings
  5. Cookie settings opens for a split second and then closes.
  6. Repeat

Expected:

Be able to change the cookie settings for the website.

Brave 1.84.141, Chromium 142.0.7444.176

Android 14; Build/UP1A.231005.007

I’ve tried numerous times to try to change the settings but I am unable to. My guess is that this has something to do with Brave closing the cookie popup messages but when I want to adjust them and am clicking to open them shouldn’t I be able to do that? I’ve never had this issue previously.
