Can't calim May's rewards android

I can’t claim my rewards on my android phone, I get the message :"Opps, something is wrong. Please try again later, I’ve waited like 3 days and all the time same problem, I tried restart my phone, clear cash of the browser, turned on my VPN and also turned it off. Nothing solved the problem

Even i have faced the same issue with my android brave browser.
But i don’t feel we are going to get any response.
Have tried raising this query twice.

Thanks for reminding I’ve forgotten to write it, now it’s updated in the original post.
I’m using Sony Xperia Xz Premium, locked bootloader, running stock android 9.
By the way in April I was able to claim them normally
