Can't access a single website (HTTP 403)

Description of the issue: I tried accessing a website, but that did not work. There is a standard HTML screen with just “403 Forbidden Request forbidden by administrative rules.”. Literally every other website works fine. There is no difference in trying to just click the site through a normal search or accessing it directly via the URL.
I use the website every day, so I know the issue occured today for the first time. It also is just a Desktop problem, on mobile brave the site works just fine. I can also access it through other browsers normally (tried Edge & Chrome).

How can this issue be reproduced?
To be honest, I dont even really know if it is just a me-problem. The website I am talking about is ipfire.org with all of its subdomains. I just try to access it and the mentioned http error occurs.

Brave Version:
Desktop, Windows: 1.64.109 (latest, doesn’t work)
Mobile, Android: 1.63.174 (does work)

Yeah looks like this is a Brave issue and only on desktop — I can land on that site in Chrome and Firefox.

Going to dig into this thank you for reporting. Hope to have more information for you soon.
