Cannot verify YouTube channel

Hi, under https://publishers.basicattentiontoken.org/ I am trying to add my YouTube channel. When I go through the options, although my channel appears under my “Sites and Channels”, the checkmark in my Brave browser (Win 10 desktop) never updates, even if I press the refresh button next to ‘Unverified Creator’. Removing/adding again doesn’t seem to help. I don’t have this issue with any of my other channels.
