Cannot verify Brave wallet with existing UpHold account

Hello,
Its been 4 month I cant verify my brave browser on my new install android and windows. After click verify wallet it set me to login uphold account and integrated after that nothing happen.

Have you completed your personal information on your uphold account?
This only works if your uphold account is verified (with an ID card)
