**Description of the issue:**Please add granular controls to the “Clear data on exit” feature. Currently, users can only clear all browsing data or none at all.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. It would be much better if we could choose specific data types to delete on exit, such as cache, cookies, history, download history, and site settings individually. This would give users more flexibility and better privacy control.

Expected result: clear specific data according to user needs

I’d like this too, especially the option to clear cache and history while keeping cookies for a few trusted sites. On mobile it is a bit all-or-nothing now, so a small checklist like the desktop clear-browsing-data screen would make the privacy setting much easier to use.

I’d like this too. Until Brave adds the checklist, the closest workaround on Android is to keep clear-on-exit off and clear individual sites manually from site settings when needed. Not as good for privacy, but it avoids losing cookies for the few sites you actually want to keep signed in to.
