Cannot retrive Brave Rewards from 3 months

Description of the issue:
For 3 months I was unable to get my BATs on Android. I use the Official App downloaded from Play Store. The problem is that I receive monthly notification about the payout, but when I press the button to get my BATs it always finish telling me that something went wrong. Problems started from this year, since I was an active-donating user to XDA and Wikipedia of my available BATs. I attach a video explaining all problems: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfnY2KAbW5A

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Brave
  2. Go into rewards
  3. Press “get rewards”
  4. Rewards are not given (error)

Expected result:
Updated balance with my BATs.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave 1.22.71, Chromium 89.8.4389.114

Bump. I received some days ago a response from Play Store indicating to go here for the problem. I’m here on the Community Support and I’m still having the problem :grinning:
