Cannot download recorded meeting - need help from brave support

Hi I recorded a 2 hour meeting last night and went to download it and it refused to download like it has in the past, no error message no nothing, it is like the link goes nowhere.

I then tried clearing my cookies.

Then I had no link at all once I logged back in again.

I cant find any official tech support from Brave Staff to help me retrieve this recording, I am hoping there are some staff here that can help

@B-Lee has in interest in Brave Talk (IIRC), but if unavailable, @Evan123 may be able to assist. (I cannot predict when; Brave team is a busy group - “many irons in the fire.”)

Hello @upholdsucks - Brave Talk recording downloads are only available for Premium customers for 24 hours from the time of the end of the meeting. It should appear at https://talk.brave.com/ for that 24 hour period. It’s very strange that you didn’t receive a download authorization (or request for where to save the download file). Has this behavior recurred?

In currently testing, I’m able to record and download recordings, but a hiccup in connectively (either from your personal network or otherwise) remains a possibility.

I have a premium account, the recording went for 2 hours but the meeting itself did not stop until about an hour after the recording had already stopped.

Once myself and everyone else had left the meeting I had a download link when I left like I always do but this time when I clicked on it and opened a tab to download nothing happened. I tried this another 5 times at least and still nothing.

I then tried logging out of my premium account and then logging back into it again and after that I didn’t even have any download link left at all.

I have had the odd occasional glitch in the past but never with downloads.

I dont know if this is already a feature but the ability to download recordings once they have stopped from within the ongoing meeting itself would be handy.

As far as connectivity loss is concerned there was none at my end, I am also on a corporate grade ISP connection with a much better SLA than residential users would normally have.
