Description of the issue: The spellcheck option is not available for French despite having French set as a browser language
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. go to settings - add languages - add French 2. make sure spell check is turned on 3. observe lack of French option under spellcheck options

Expected result: having the French option available under Spellcheck
Reproduces how often: every tiime
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Linux Mint Brave 1.87.192
Additional Information: Is there a setting elsewhere that I can change to implement this? If not is it possible to make this available please? Thank you!
