Can I use Brave's browser VPN capabilities while simultaneously using duckduckduck go's app tracking protection VPN on my Samsung GAlaxy S25 Ultra?

Hello,

I currently use the DuckDuckGo app’s app tracking protection vpn on my mobile device. I love this because I am able to block trackers from the mobile apps that I use, however the drawback (to my understanding) is that this vpn doesn’t work on my samsung interner mobile browser for my online activity, etc. I have a subscription to nord vpn, however only one of these vpns are able to be active at once on my mobile device from a system level.

My question is would i be able to use Brave as a mobile browser and utilize their browser vpn, while simultaneously using duckduckgo’s app tracking protection vpn on a a system level, or does brave’s vpn also activate on a system level?

Apologies if I’m misunderstanding how any of this works. Any insight would be great appreciated!

Also, I am currently using a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra if that makes any difference.

@MisterMac Brave’s VPN works on a system level. So while it’s on, anything connecting to the internet would go through it

To answer your question in your subject, you cannot connect both DDG VPN and Brave VPN at the same time on your device. Due to how iOS is designed, you can only ever connect to one VPN service at a time. @Saoiray is also correct that the Brave VPN is a system-wide service and will protect your data through all internet activity regardless of which browser you use or which app you use on your device.
