Can Bookmarks → “Show Bookmarks” feature have an option to let us view the Bookmarks “on mouseover” similar to the sidebar ?
Can Bookmarks -> "Show Bookmarks" feature have an option to let us view the Bookmarks "on mouseover"
What device are you usually? On my devices i can see and edit my bookmarks easily. 
this is not a bug, this is a new feature request where the request deals with “showing bookmarks bar” only while a user moves the mouse to the top bookmark area.
