[bug] locked brave wallet doesn't prompt unlock when dapp tries to connect wallet

Hi, if the Brave Wallet is locked and I try to “Connect Wallet” on dapps, nothing happens and I have to click the wallet to unlock. Ideally it should open the wallet and prompt unlock automatically.
