Brave Shield - In localhost

Description of the issue:
Unable to disable Brave Shield since cannot GET requests from local flask 127.0.0.1 python server. 0 Recieved, 40 Lost. But on chrome no issue.

Expected result:
I disabled every Brave Shield thing that could cause this. But cannot figure it out.
