Brave does not currently publish a public, product-specific “government data requests” or “law enforcement requests” transparency report for Brave Search the way large platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) do for their services. Instead, Brave provides more general transparency and security information in a few places, and directs enterprise users to a private trust center and SOC 2 report for the Brave Search API.
Brave does not list a dedicated, public “Brave Search governance report” or “government data requests report” page anywhere obvious on its site at this time. Instead, the only clearly labeled transparency resource Brave links publicly is its general Transparency / data metrics page, which focuses on browser and ads/rewards statistics rather than law‑enforcement or government‑request counts.

Psst, being it’s over a year, a bit late for a response, don’t ya think? 
I responded, because:
- I had already tried to help the member with another issue overnight
- I had also noticed, overnight, that the same member had replied at the
distrowatch.comissue - I try to help with some issues reported by BC members, when their issue(s) have languished (I look into their past activity and sometimes find their latest report is a repeat of a past report ← unanswered)
- On this forum, I wander back through the 30 days and beyond, to see who was left behind
And, I am always a newbie, struggling student (regardless of age) trying to learn what worked / works.
