I have not received any Brave Rewards payments since 2023. I use Brave on Windows 11 (PC), with ads enabled and a verified Uphold account. I am in France (a supported region) and haven’t received any BAT in my Uphold wallet since last year, even though I still see ads. I would like help resolving this issue.

Other Details:
- I have not disconnected my Uphold wallet and have checked my connection regularly.
- I still see Brave ads and the Rewards system is enabled.
- My Brave Rewards Payment ID (from brave://rewards-internals) is:
b03c7b06-f902-5819-99c3-cd82256a74ae - I checked on Uphold and received no BAT deposit since 2023.
- I would like to understand why my account is not receiving payments anymore and how to resolve the issue.
