Brave Rewards settings page is blank

Whenever I try to go to brave://rewards/ the page is blank

When I right click → inspect I see this error:

Also I have disabled all extensions and restarted browser but problem still persists.

What could be causing this? As I also noticed I haven’t received any ads for quite sometime.
