Guys my payout is pending since more than 15 days now. It should have been paid on 6th or 8th if im correct. Kindly assist on why its still pending.

Im a verified member of course and did not withdraw in this month as i mentioned before its pending since more than 15 days so freeze time should not be a problem too. Image attached here
