It’s there. BAT triangle icon at URL bar is the in-browser wallet. Did you mean wallet verification to connect it with Uphold account?
Yed tere is. But it seems impossible to connect huphold wallet. It Work on my pc but not on mobile
Wallet verification is only available on desktop. Mobile support is coming.
