Brave Rewards not appearing on my wallet

I was just waiting for a total of almost 6.3 BAT from my browsers.
(3.5 from browser 1, 3.0 from browser 2, and 0.3 from smartphone)
Day 8 i only received the 0.3 from my smartphone browser on my uphold wallet.Four days passed and still not received.
What called my attetion is the brave ads payout status " Verified wallets (Uphold): Payments Complete." well… not mine and i guess many users did not received theire payments.

Did anyone got this problem and brave support solved it?

I have not been paid 21 BATs from a mobile Brave browser since July. I think the issue concerns a large group of users.

It defies the whole purpose of Brave imho… I hope they fix it soon

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
