Brave Rewards - Flagged

Briefly describe your issue:
I’ve been a Brave user for at least 3 years and during that time I’ve always used brave rewards and all these months I’ve been rewarded by earning BAT. Last month when I went to try to redeem the reward of the month, a message appeared indicating that the account could not receive my rewards.

The exactly message is:

"Unfortunately, your Brave Rewards profile has been flagged and you are unable to verify with a custodian at this time. This flag could be due to illegal activity on Brave Ads, but it could also be a false positive.

Important: While your Brave Rewards profile is flagged, you will not be able to verify.

No action from you is required. Your Brave Rewards profile will be automatically re-evaluated on a regular basis to determine when (or if) the flag can be removed. Try again from time to time to see if the flag has been removed."

It’s strange because I never did anything suspicious and I always used the account correctly and until now, it’s still flagged.

Anything that I can do and what’s the possible reason for this flag?
