Hi, @amone94, you may be affected by a known bug, an issue with BAT porting to Uphold. Support has been working on it and you can follow the thread for any updates here:
You could try the fix they proposed earlier, it has worked for some. Make sure you have the latest version, then disconnect and reconnect your Uphold wallet. BAT should then drain directly from your browser wallet to your Uphold wallet, if it works. Good luck
