Hi,

So I have had this issue since I started using Brave, about a year I think. I am very patient so I thought it would solve itself, hints why I have waited so long to report.

My issue is; I have been getting and seeing Brave Ads since day one, but I have never recieved any rewards of BAT at all according to the icon on the browser.

How can this issue be reproduced? LQTM

  1. Activate Brave Ads and all settings anddtoggles for it.
  2. Wait to recieve ads in the notification section, and or use Brave and see them on the homepage and new tab pages.
  3. Look at the result; nothing will be there if it happens to you too, “0 Rewards”.

Expected result: To actually recieve rewards?

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.26.67

Mobile Device: Samsung Galaxy A10E (US)

There is no further info, this as clear as it gets.

Are you only seeing new tab sponsored images? Based on your location you may not be rewarded for those. Can you confirm that you are seeing regular Brave Ad notifications?

Hi,

Yes I can confim I see the notifications often, and I open them all whether I have interest or not, I also see the image ads on the Brave Homepage; as well as the tab pages. From what I see, all seems working and setup correctly, I just never receive anything for participating.

You dont receive more BAT for clicking on the ads, as I said, sponsored images may not reward you; but as long as you are not on a VPN and are seeing Brave notification Ads, you should receive rewards.

Can you confirm this?
