Continuing the discussion from Why would I have 2.9GB data stored in brave browser for your brave community site here?!? I never even made account here before this!:

Well is anyone going to have the balls to respond to why your site had 2.9g of data stored in my browser? It how about why it would be back up to 1.9g after clearing everything month ago when fist saw and posted about it?

It is likely saving data from all the posts made on the site, something like how email notifications are turned on by default when you make an account on a website. Changing settings somewhere will probably fix it. I think brave has an auto delete data feature.
But hey, I’m not an expert, so who knows whats actually happening.
