Brave not remembering pages visited 1+ months ago

Description of the issue: Using the URL bar, Brave does not show pages that were visited in the past but only refers to the search engine. Revisiting the page in question and then entering key words into the URL bar makes Brave find the page again

May be did you clear your history that’s why the pages you visited is not listed now in your search engine.

No, the web pages are still in the Brave history, they just don’t show up in the omnibox / URL bar.

Yes you need to type the first keyword of the url not the title and I suggest to you if that website is important to you you need to Bookmarks that to be easily find it. :wink:

Yeah I feared that that’s the case and Brave doesn’t / can’t be made to prioritize history over search (given that it’s Chromium based). Sucks, will look to switch back to Firefox then which can really serve as an extended memory
