Additional Information: NY times, La Times, Bon Appetite etc let you get started and then block the rest of the article. I don’t have the 100’s of $$ to sign up for these “come on” tricks. Waste of time which Brave is supposed to save.
I was going to say (if I understood you right) that you should be able to hide sources you don’t want with this 3 dot menu, but um…I can’t click that anymore, now the menu button just loads the article, no options.
Yeah, something got messed up there. Either hamburger menu indicator needs removed or it should actually open a hamburger/context menu. It certainly shouldn’t behave that way.
@BryanB4 I do have a feeling we kind of sidetracked from your report. Just so you know, if you follow any “channels” then that would be huge lists of sources as compiled by Brave. You can’t unfollow the individual ones from there, at least not unless things changed.
What I recommend you do is unfollow every single “channel” and only follow the particular sources you want.
I know I have not “followed” any of the “nope don’t want that one either” but I can’t say for sure if I went through all of the other other choices. Thank you for pointing those out and I will go through them as well. (UGH)
