Brave new window opens when Edge is started up

Description of the issue: When I open MS Edge on Win11 Pro Brave, my default brower open a new Window.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Make Brave default browser

  2. Start MS Edge

  3. Watch as MS Edge starts up along with a new Brave window

Expected result:

Brave new Window should not open up. MS Edge should start up only.

Brave Version( check About Brave):Brave 1.83.112 (Official Build) (64-bit)
