Brave is not saving passwords

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Passwords not saved
  2. I have to import my passwords from Firefox, it works and then when I close Brave and open Brave the passwords are gone.

Expected result: Save my passwords

Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave 1.80.124 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: Brave does not keep my passwords anymore. I blame CCLEANER which I have uninstalled. I have uninstalled Brave and reinstalled, but to no avail.
