Brave is not opening on windows 10

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. brave is not opening nothing helped unisntalled than installed. run as administration. troubelshoot comptability. desabeling run time protection. install Beta instaed. nothing could help. other browersers run fine its just with Brave

Expected result:

Brave Version( check About Brave): cant even open

Additional Information: all brave’s services are runing and are on automatic

1.do you have ccleaner installed?

2.do you run bave as administrator?

1-i have IObit Unistaller and IObit performance. Brave is allowed in windows firewall settings for both private and public connections

2-yes i did but its not opening

3-i saw a post here same issue the solution was changing the name of the .exe file from brave.exe into brave1.exe and it worked for me
