Hi, @Darkkross. @eljuno may be headed this way, but you can also check for profiles in Explorer. Here are a couple of related posts that should be helpful with the caveat that before you try any of the things described, you should create backup copies of whatever profile folders are there. Bear in mind that the file structures are essentially the same across all platforms with slight path differences, so posts showing macOS can still be useful to Windows/Linux folks and vice versa.

To add a little to @Mattches’s info, inside the BraveSoftware folder (on Windows, macOS, and Linux) is a folder called Brave-Browser, and that holds all profile folders. Usually, the one you want is just called Default unless you specifically add additional profiles. If you deleted it in the Profile Manager, there may be hope. If you deleted the folder in Finder or Terminal, then unless you have a backup of your drive, you’re likely out of luck, though you could try an undelete/file recovery tool if it’s important enough to retrieve. The profile folder is stored in /Users/[YourUserName]/Library/Application Support/BraveSoftware/Brave-Browser/ and usually is named Default.
