How many seconds is limit to Timeout error? I feel that Brave browser has too high amount. I wait for connection over 30 seconds. Just white screen. I did not touch the limit.

How can this issue be reproduced?

i use a python tool that use seleniumBase and open main profile of brave and i use proxies and suddenly close the tool. and go to open main brave without proxy this issue occur
