Brave browser opens on start-up

Description of the issue:

Every time I restart my Mac, Brave is already open when I log in. I’ve tried to remove it from the list of startup applications, but it keeps reappearing in the list. Is there any solution to this or should I just get used to it?

Hi there – do you have multiple versions of Brave installed? Would recommend you backup your recovery code for your wallet, uninstall, then install the latest release from Brave.com

Try shutting down and un-clicking ‘Reopen windows’.
