Brave Beta 1.97 upgrade won't load on Windows 11 with HP Zbook, No error

Description of the issue: Brave Beta Windows 64 won’t load after upgrade to 1.97
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Run Brave Beta 1.96.47 on windows 11 HP Zbook

  2. Upgrade to 1.97 latest

  3. Brave Beta will not load

Expected result:Load and run Brave Beta

Brave Version( check About Brave):v1.97.43

Additional Information: Initially I tried rebooting. Then tried re-installing. Then uninstalling and reinstalling. Every time it silently won’t load. Then I went back to 1.96.47 and it loads fine, but immediately wants to upgrade which causes it to fail loading again.
