Description of the issue:
The Brave app is switching tabs frequently when I click on the three horizontal buttons in the bottom right corner.
How can this issue be reproduced?
1.Have at least 3 tabs open
2.Use one of the middle tabs, Scroll down a aways on a web page, then scroll up.
3.Click on the three-horizontal-dots button. (does not always switch tabs, but the frequency of that happening is annoyingly high)
Expected result:
Fix code so clicking on the 3-dot button always only brings up the correct menu.

@c.b.c I think the issue you have is that youâre swiping without realizing. If youâre unaware, swiping left to right or right to left on the bottom will switch tabs in that direction. So when you go to tap, if your finger just happens to move where it registers as a swipe, then it will swap tabs like youâre having occur.
Also to be clear, this happens on Edge and some other browsers as well. Safari has similar but seems to limit the swipe functionality to the address bar and not the areas under it when the address bar is on the bottom. So for that Iâll cc: @Mattches for him to experiment with and see if iOS team is aware and if they might make any modifications.
