Bookmark Edit window not displaying the name in black

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. I opened one of my Bookmarks for editing. (I wanted to shorten its name.)
  2. I right clicked on the bookmark and clicked on Edit…
  3. The Edit window opened and appears the name and URL fields are blank. But by highlighting the fields by Ctrl-A. They appear intact. It appears the colour of the font is white?

Expected result:
To see the name and URL in plain black text.

Version 0.72.110 Chromium: 78.0.3904.70 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)

Running Windows 10 Pro 64bit version
Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18362.418]
