Is there a setting? Is it global, or is there a popup for every web page? Is it a Ublock filter? Is it done by default?
Yes it is global, the toggle in Android and the little popup on Desktop will only enable the list that you can find in brave://adblock as EasyList Cookie, just enable that and it will be the same.
