Brave doesn’t seem to block those pop-ups. I hope Brave updates to block em.

Its coming soon. Just add Easylist Cookies in brave://adblock manually

Wasn’t brave://adblock changed to brave://settings/shields/filters.
You can also add Annoyances List from the lists there are 2-3 of them. They will take of care of pretty much all annoyances.
I’m on mobile though 
IOS is coming, and on Android Easylist Cookies works
