Description of the issue:
All tabs are just black when I open the browser after shutdown
How can this issue be reproduced?
When I turn on the PC and open the browser all my tabs are simply black F5 or refresh doesn´t work at all they appear like this
If I open a new tab it loads up normally but all tabs that were open at PC shutdown will stay like this.
As far as I can tell this only happens when I shutdown the PC with the browser open if the browser is closed when I shutdown/turn on and I open the tabs will load up perfectly likewise when the tabs are like this if I close and reopen browser everything will be back to normal.
This behavior doesn’t seem to happen with PC restart only shutdown/turn on from some experiments I made.
1.This only started happening 1 or 2 weeks ago, before I always did the exact same thing and tabs would load up every time for years
2.I didn’t installed anything or changed the system in any meaningful way lately afaik
3.Already did basic clean data and still the same
