Bitdefender Trafficlight Desktop Extension Impacting Facebook Reels

Description of the issue: With the Bitdefender Trafficlight extension enabled in Brave, Facebook intermittently hangs when scrolling between reels. The hang can last up to 30 seconds. Disabling the extension resolves the issue. I’m trying to transition from MS Edge to Brave and do not encounter this issue in Edge.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Enable the Bitdefinder Trafficlight extension in Brave

  2. Go to Facebook reels and start scrolling through videos

Expected result: Each video should promptly begin playing but, in Brave, I’m seeing intermittent hangs between reels

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.83.112

Additional Information: Disabling the Bitdefender Trafficlight extension resolves the issue and I don’t have this issue on MS Edge.
