Brave on iOS has the same text zoom for pages that Safari does, which is poor for people with low vision ad ends up breaking a ton of websites. While there is a reader mode, it doesn’t make sense to use this on websites like Amazon or eBay, because we’re not reading an article but are rather seeing product listings.
The solution would be what Microsoft Edge on iOS or Samsung Internet on Android do: proper text sizing that doesn’t also increase the size of headers and menus to avoid breaking websites. I’m not sure how this is achieved, but it seems possible.
This would make the Brave zoom feature much more accessible for usrs with low vision and make it the ONLY browser of choice, given that while Edge has the feature it doesn’t apply globally to all websites.
