You need a better way to help users.
I have tried three times to seek help from Brave with bugs. The only avenue for sorry that you offer is this forum. So I posted here.
Twice I got absolutely no response to my posts - not a single Brave support person read either one, and then you closed them both.
This time you haven’t even posted my question. I did not use any inappropriate language, I filled out all the required categories, I attached screenshots. And your bot held it back pending review - but no one has bothered to review it. So my help request is sitting there dormant and I still don’t have help.
In remember now why it’s been 4 years since I last tried to reach out for help!
You need a better system for helping your users. We need some way of reliably being able to access support.
