BAT Rewards not credited despite ads being displayed (recurring issue)

Hello Brave team,

I am experiencing a recurring issue with Brave Rewards.

Ads are being displayed normally and the ads viewed counter increases, however the BAT balance is not updated. The balance has remained static for several days, even after viewing multiple ads. This is not the first time this issue has occurred; it has happened before on my account.

Issue summary:

  • Ads are displayed normally

  • Ads counter works as expected

  • BAT balance does not increase

  • Recurring issue

Already verified:

  • Brave Rewards enabled

  • Ads settings configured correctly

  • Correct region selected

  • Browser updated to the latest version

I would like to know if there is:

  • Any known delay in BAT crediting

  • Any recent or recurring issue with the rewards system

  • Any recommended action to force balance synchronization

It appears ads are being counted in your Rewards panel. You will not see the Ads Counter move if viewing a Brave-specific ad. Only paid ads are counted in the ads counter. Thanks!
