The same thing happened to me with other device.
I think its very critical bug that needs to be fixed asap.

Hi @Chuckyy, there seem to be many experiencing this issue at this time, unfortunately. Payment starts on the 5th of every month I believe. If you don’t see any change to your account by the end of the week, I would come back here and bump your topic to keep it seen. You can also add, or edit your OP with, more or updated information about your issue.
It’s a little different with Creators, though… are you a Creator?
