I had a balance of 0.56 BAT, but with the start of the next month which is Nov. 1st 2021 my balance got to 0 and started growing since the beginning again (showing Nov 1 - Nov 31 profit) and I can’t find anywhere any information about previous balance. Is it normal? Where did those BAT go to?

No, you do not need a verified wallet. If you however want to withdraw your coins from Brave then you will have to verify a wallet in order to transfer your earnings to that wallet.
