Password pop-up appears in random places in the browser window

This pop-up just comes up out of nowhere and you can’t close it. I can’t really tell how to reproduce because it appears randomly. It doesn’t even matter the login status in the current page. Mysterious Password pop-up

Description of the issue: When you use the 'saved password. feature, An uncloseable persistent password pop-up appears. Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
