**Description of the issue:
I recently reinstalled windows on my laptop and installed Brave back again. I’m seeing a Video-Audio sync issue. It seems like it starts fine but for some reason it goes out of sync. Audio comes in before the video. I saw a few posts mentioning to turn off the hardware acceleration. I did that as well, didn’t help. Any thoughts on how to fix this? **
How can this issue be reproduced?

Get a Windows 11 Computer

Install Brave - Run any video in Youtube or anysite.

Disable hardware acceleration and try again.
Expected result: Audio - Video in sync
