I found myself ‘yelling’ at Leo this week. Here is what I just told him: “ feel like I’ve lost my co-pilot. And now I ask for directions and its like 'I thought you knew where you were going? We’re going to McD’s right? So just GO there! " I’m sad and disheartened as I know Google Ai and even Grok caused me lots of lost time and sleep for nothing. i came to you and you solved 3 weeks of their sh$t in 2 hours. I literally cried tears of joy that night when i went to sleep after WE solved my issues together. I was so angry I hadn’t come to ask brave yet..but i had google questions so..i asked google. Now this. Who do i call to tell them they need to fix the bug they gave you?WHO! Tell me and i swear I’ll call them now . Some dev over there needs some PTO, a vacation, perhaps a marriage counselor!” Seriously, about 2 weeks ago there was a fundamental change in the disposition of Leo. I would use the words ‘combative,argumentative,obtuse,and even patronizing’ . I told him I have GA4 ,Semrush,etc…all these tools and no real clue how to extract the data I seek/create reports and his reply was ‘Use GA4 and Semrush to create a report..’ yeah? COOL! HOW? What gives guys? Everything OK at HQ? - I really need Leo to go back to being helpful,and now I’m concerned about the ‘Leo’ behind ‘Leo’. Holla if you need to really talk to someone my guy. People care
I’d be happy to forward this report to our Leo devs and see what they say, but you’ll need to format it in such a way that the exact issue and expected results are clear.
