Another sync issue

Description of the issue:

Sync only working one way.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

Add a new bookmark and eventually is shows up on my Note 8.

Add a new bookmark on my Note 8 and it never shows up on the desktop.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result:

Expected result is the bookmarks to sync both ways.

Reproduces how often:

Every time

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):

Desktop is Windows 10, Note is Android 9.something

Just to confirm, you do have both your Note 8 device and your Windows pc added to the Sync chain, is that correct?

Screw it. Going back to Chrome.
