Description of the issue: I want Android Brave’s Start Page to be the Home Page that I specify, but this does not seem to be possible. In Brave’s settings, I set a specific URL for Brave’s Home Page, but whenever I launch Brave, I get its standard Start Page which is not the Home Page that I specified and that I desire.
How can this issue be reproduced?

Install Brave on Android

Go to Settings=>Homepage and set it to “On”, and under “Open this page”, install a URL for the desired Home Page.

Close Brave

Re-launch Brave. That installed Home Page does not appear; rather, the standard Brave “Start Page” appears instead.
Expected result: The installed “Home Page” should be able to be set up to always appear as the Start Page.

Mobile Device details: Two Nothing 2 devices, one running Android 14 and one running Android 15. Same behavior on both.
